Clubs and associations

BDA

The BDA (Bureau des Arts) (arts office) organises events and activities for students at the school: concerts, open stage events, photograph competitions, various exhibitions etc.

BDE

The Cercle Phelma, more commonly known as the BDE (Bureau Des Élèves) (Students’ Union), organises all kinds of induction events and weekends. The association is also there to represent Phelma students to the school authorities.

BDS

The Phelma BDS (Bureau Des Sports) (sports office) is responsible for getting students moving in countless ways! There is plenty to do in Grenoble: induction at the start of the academic year, broadcasting matches, skiing weekends and other mountain outings, initiation to unusual sports etc.

Groupement Phelma - Alumni

Groupement Phelma - Alumni is the association of graduates and students of Phelma. ts purpose is to carry out solidarity campaigns, enhance the status of Phelma diplomas, and represent, defend and promote the engineers.

Robotronik Club

The Robotronik Club is intended to introduce students at the school to the fields of robotics and electronics. Each year it trains a team that takes part in the Coupe de France de Robotique (French Robotics Cup) and the NXP Cup.

ZIC Club (music club)

Where guitars howl, the bass is funky, drums crash and keyboards take off!

Cheer Up! Phelma

Cheer Up! Phelma is a national charity that helps young people suffering from cancer to fight the disease. Cheer Up! Phelma is the Grenoble branch.

Le Chalet

Le Chalet is the association that fits out and runs the school’s hostel. An alternative to dreary winter evenings with games, TV series, table football and billiards nights!

Junior Conseil Phelma (JCP)

Junior Conseil Phelma (Phelma Junior Council) is a students’ association that is non-profit-making but has an economic purpose, its aim being to establish professional links between students and industry.

Both in summer and winter, lovers of open spaces can discover the magnificent landscapes of the Vercors, Chartreuse and Belledonne mountain ranges. They can take advantage of numerous activities linked to the mountains, rivers and lakes : skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, climbing, paragliding, canyoning, canoeing, windsurfing, caving etc.
Those mad about skiing can satisfy their desires in the many resorts in the Alps, from the nearest, Chamrousse, located about thirty kilometres from the campus, to the most famous: Les 2 Alpes, Alpe d’Huez, Les 7 Laux, Tignes, Val d’Isère etc.
